Project Overview: MJC Batu Kawa is in search of qualified contractors to carry out tiling work for the hallway area. The project involves covering a total area of 603 square feet using 2 feet x 4 feet tiles. The scope of work encompasses surface preparation, including cleaning and leveling of the floor, as well as grouting using light grey grout.

Scope of Work:

• Tiling of hallway area totaling 603 square feet.
• Surface preparation, including cleaning and leveling of the floor.
• Grouting with light grey grout to ensure a seamless finish.

Requirements:

• Contractors must demonstrate prior experience in similar tiling projects.
• Adherence to safety regulations and practices is mandatory throughout the project duration.
• The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials for project completion.
