CQ Management is proud to announce the successful implementation of a Smart WiFi Door Access System in selected buildings under our management.
Residents can now enjoy secure, contactless access to common areas using their assigned key tags—a faster and smarter way to enter your home.

📢 Collect Your Key Tags
If you have not yet received your key tag, please visit the building management office during working hours.
Each household is entitled to a set of access tags.
Optional: App Unlock/Lock — Remote door control via mobile app is available by subscription (RM100 per year).
Ideal for upper-floor units to unlock for visitors or deliveries. Visit the Management Office to subscribe and activate.

Important: Do not clone or duplicate your key tag. Illegal cloning is prohibited and will incur a penalty of RM500 per card if found.
⚠️ Payment Reminder: Please ensure that all management and maintenance fees are paid on time.
Failure to settle outstanding bills for more than one (1) year may result in permanent disconnection of door access privileges.
The door access system is linked via API to the Block CQ Management Website and will automatically delete access cards for units with prolonged unpaid accounts.
Reconnection will be subject to a RM500 service charge upon full settlement of outstanding payments.
